Holy Family Cristo Rey High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in the Ensley neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama.
Holy Family High School was founded in 1943 and is the oldest Catholic high school in Birmingham. It was renamed "Holy Family Cristo Rey High School" and join the Cristo Rey Network of schools in August, 2007.
